The cozy Front Sitting Room closes off from the main bedroom and Living Room with curtains as well, and comes with a twin-size foam day bed, that can convert to a queen size foam futon-type mattress. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Owner pays for Directv and Spectrum internet access.
