The main living area of the house has a floor plan that encompasses a large living room, kitchen, and dining area. The spacious Master suite features a king size bed, a 50" Roku TV, large walk in closet and private en-suite bathroom with pebbled walk in shower. The master has double french doors that open out onto the beautifully landscaped back yard and pool. The two additional guest bedrooms have queen beds with 50" smart TVs. Once you go out to the patio you won't want to go back in! You'll have your own private spa oasis! There is 4 large palms that surround the pool and more palms surrounding the patio! There are also planed red yuccas on the corners of the pool and pergola. All palms and yuccas are lite up at night! There are 6 chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas that are surrounded by the most lush and best kept grass in the desert! Wi-Fi located throughout the property including the backyard.
