One queen guest bedroom and a second guest bedroom with two twin beds are adjacent to an expansive built-in linen closet and shared full bath. Convenient two-car garage access and several indoor storage closets and cabinets are available during your long-term stay. No smoking. No parties. One dog limit with a refundable $1,500 pet deposit and a non-refundable $200 pet fee. Jacuzzi heat of $350/mo is charged to the renter. A housekeeping fee of $350 is required (mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request). The owner pays for utilities; over-usage may result in an additional charge to the renter.
