Upstairs there is a den/4th bedroom- this room has a futon that would be perfect for one person or small couple. There is a TV and 2 sets of French Doors and a window (all with black out curtains) that keep the room breezy and cool. This room is close to the upstairs bathroom and kitchen. Downstairs: Bedroom 1- full size bed. This room does not get direct sunlight so it's very cool. There is a ceiling fan and window that can be kept open for air flow. Bedroom 2- full size bed. This room has a ceiling fan, window and French doors with side lights that can be kept open without the French Doors being open. There are black out curtains as well on the doors and window. Bedroom 3- king size bed. This room has a ceiling fan, window and French doors with side light windows that can be kept open for airflow. There are also black out curtains on these doors and windows. All of the windows upstairs have roll down shades to keep the rooms cool but you can still see the ocean view. Between the courtyard and the backyard there is always a shady place to relax.
