Monthly RENTAL ONLY - Unlike many other rentals in Newport, this is NOT a student rental in the winter - it is our well-cared for and loved winter home. It is for rent from May 1 - October 31, 2024. July and Sept already rented. Rent varies based on month: May - $7K, June $10K, Aug $21K, Oct $8K. Leave your cars in the driveway and enjoy our beautiful city on foot. We are steps off Thames St. and walking distance to all that Newport has to offer - shopping, dining, museums, mansions, Salve Regina University, the Cliff-Walk, gorgeous beaches and parks/playgrounds for the little ones. Our "classic-chic" two story, central A/C, 3 bedroom home was completely refinished with our guests in mind! The airy downstairs offers a bright, open-concept kitchen/dining room/living room that flows to alfresco dining in a private, quiet, well landscaped brick patio/grill. Listen to your favorite music on bluetooth speakers throughout the house or watch the world go by while sitting on the front porch. Upstairs you will have a restful night in one of our two well-appointed, guest rooms with their own bath or in the primary bedroom with its own ensuite bath and flat screen TV. And if 3 baths aren't enough for you, treat yourself to a private outdoor shower after a day at the beach! 50% down when lease is signed. 50% due two weeks before start of lease plus $1,500 refundable security deposit.
