Updated home close to renown snorkeling and beach. Fully furnished private 2 bed / 1 bath home with dedicated office / workspace. Seasonal (short-term) rental October or November - April. Dates are flexible. Steps to the intracoastal, grocery, watersport & fishing rental shops, marina & tiki bar and world renowned snorkeling/diving off the Blue Heron bridge. BEDROOMS: The home has two bedrooms (one king bedroom and one bedroom with 2 xl twin beds) with new hybrid / foam mattresses. KITCHEN: There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook - new ceramic pots and pans, toaster oven, oven, microwave, bowls, strainers, knives - you name it! There is a Keurig coffee maker where you can choose to use coffee grounds or K-cups. OFFICE: For those working remotely, there is a dedicated office with two full size monitors, Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and docking station for you to just plug in and get to work quickly, including high speed WiFi. OUTDOORS: There is a private backyard with firepit and outdoor table and chairs. OTHER: Additionally, we provide a washer/dryer, all beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrella) and fast WiFi. Two small dogs (max) allowed with pet fee. All rent due upfront, including security deposit and short-term rental tax. Must pass background check. 2 small dogs maximum allowed, $300 non-refundable pet fee due upfront. Mid-rental cleaning, utilities, water and internet included. $750 flat fee paid for licensed realtors.
