Funtastic West Palm Beach bungalow packed with fun and entertainment. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house sleeps up to 6 people max. DETAILED INFORMATION Pet Policy: Only dogs over 2 years old and under 35lbs allowed. Max 2 dogs. Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone. Must be on flea/tick medication (it's easy for dogs in Florida to get fleas/ticks from shaded grassy areas, so please make sure your dogs in on preventative tablets and is flea/tick-free). Non-refundable $100 pet fee. Please NO parties or smoking of ANY kind inside or outside our home. Quiet hours outside (in backyard and front yard) between 9pm and 9am. No outside guests allowed. Max 6 guests including children (excluding infants under 1 year). Our outdoor propane BBQ grill uses a propane tank. Guests who would like to use these are responsible for refilling the tank if empty upon arrival. Most of the time the tank will have propane inside for your use, but if empty, you can take this tank and exchange it at most local gas stations/pharmacies/grocery stores/hardware stores for roughly $25. After your stay the tank must stay on property, so any additional remaining propane is left for the next guests. Please do not use the indoor fireplace. Fine of $500 if we see evidence of use. Because our cottage is a historic home, the insulation on these older homes are not as great as newer homes, so the AC might not feel as cool. It does work and will cool down the house, just not as quickly and well as it could in a newer home. All utilities included (for weekly and monthly rentals but not for 2 months), fully furnished home with lots of amenities. Can rent weekly/monthly/annually. Will need to sign lease agreement and put down security deposit. No smoking allowed inside home or within 10 ft of home. Dogs under 35lb allowed, maximum 2 dogs.
