It's only 2 hours from Boston or Portland or Burlington. Really easy to get to (off Rte 302), but yet you feel tucked away and surrounded by nature in all its beauty. Play shuffleboard, drums, keyboard, read books, watch movies (4 TVs), watch the sunset over the mountains, sleep comfortably in one of the 4 bedrooms, (yes there's a new KING bed!), cook up yummy meals in the oversized kitchen area, do laundry in the large laundry room/bath area, or ski everyday! This home is only about 10 min to Franconia, Cannon Mountain, Breton Woods and Littleton. There are hundreds of incredible hiking trails just minutes away. This is such an amazing location for so many reasons, and it is beautifully maintained and very clean. We are looking for a renter that will take good care of our home as we do, and make a good neighbor! We come up frequently to NH from our home in Maine to enjoy the house right above this one to immerse ourselves in the serene mountain air and breathtaking scenery. Plus we ski a lot too! There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an indoor shuffleboard court, a music room, an office area, a large living room, a very spacious kitchen and a double car garage. Looking for a 6 month renter but can be flexible either way. Renter pays for heat and electric each month. Landlord pays for water, internet, all yard work and plowing.
