There is a bedroom and full bathroom on each level; there is also a laundry room on the entry level and an office on the second floor. The house is fully furnished, has off-street parking, a fenced-in backyard and an alarm system. The property is approximately 9 miles from the Washington, DC line. It is within walking distance to the P-12 Metro bus which goes to the Suitland Road Metro stop on the green line and the Addison Road Metro stop on the orange and blue lines; all lines go into Washington, DC. Note: The property is currently occupied; it will be available for a tour after October 8, 2023. Landlord pays all utilities, up to $200. All persons who occupy the Property during the tenancy must be listed on the Tenant Application. No guests of the Tenant(s) may occupy the Property for longer than 10 days without prior written consent of the Landlord. The Tenant(s) and members of the Tenant's household will not vape or smoke anywhere in the Property nor permit any guests or visitors to vape or smoke in the Property. Insurance The Tenant is advised and understands that the personal property of the Tenant is not insured by the Landlord for either damage or loss, and the Landlord assumes no liability for any such loss. The Tenant is encouraged to secure a renter's insurance policy. Pets The Tenant may keep no more than two small pets (less than 20lbs) in the Property.
