Rent is $3k/month. $3000 security deposit required. Horses, chickens, adding more garden space etc. is negotiable. Applicant background checks required. HVAC includes electric condenser cooling and heating by a propane furnace. Barn has power and water, includes a finished tack room, hay storage below and a hay loft above. Lower pasture (1+ acre) is fenced with gate to backyard and creek and woods access gates.
