we are looking a group of ski worker for winter season with J1 visas Home is available occupancy max 7/8 people non smoker. We are 10 min away from Heavenly ski lifts , casinos , the lake lots of supermarkets. This chalet is fully furnished with a deck , bbq , and Jacuzzi and it is a very cute cabin , nice neighborhood and lots of beautiful trees surrounding the property. Open floor plan, the downstairs is a great mingling space. living room with dinning are and open kitchen . the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals , wood dining table for 6 plus bar area with 2 more sitting available and a wood fireplace in the living room . we provide all the linen and towels for 7/8 guest 1 bedroom upstairs to the right- 1 queen bed and 1 twin 1 bedroom to the upstairs to the left - 1 queen bed 1/2 bathroom between the 2 bedrooms 1 master bedroom downstairs - 1 queen bed main bathroom downstairs carport for 2 cars And jacuzzi w deck and bbq A video can be provided upon request Guest pays major utilities southwest gas , liberty electric and South Tahoe PUD water and deep cleaning fee of $500 Owner - internet ,apple tv w Netflix available , garbage , jacuzzi cleaning twice a month , winter - the snow cleaning from our driveway. more information I can provide over emails or text ( whatsapp as well)
