The photos are best representation of this home. It has new appliances, led lighting, paint inside and out.is on a cul-de-sac. I will consider an allowance for area carpets as the flooring is now tile and vinal. The new landscaping will be completed in about 7-9 days. I pay water/trash. the tenant is responsible for the rest including maintaining the yard to the standard at move in. Pets are a negotiable subject. There are workman at the property so it can be seen just about any time. If on Sunday I live in So. lake call me, D I will want the same as any other agency will want. Verifiable income, credit report, ect. ect. I use Tenant Cloud for payments, maintenance issues, applications, leases or any other business concerns. I will want a one year lease to start and then month to month there after. It is available any time After this weekend ( Sept 23-24) no smoking..no dead cars..no dead anything for that matter
