Security Deposit: The Tenant shall provide a security deposit in the amount of $1,650. The Tenant shall also pay the first month's rent in the amount of $1650 before move-in. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the lease term, subject to the condition of the property upon move-out. Any deductions for damages will be made from the security deposit before its return to the Tenant. Responsibilities: The Tenant is responsible for lawn care, snow removal, and general upkeep of the property. Only cats and dogs are allowed as pets. No fish tanks are permitted. Utilities: The Tenant shall be responsible for all utilities, including but not limited to water, electricity, gas, internet, and cable. Subletting: Subletting is not allowed without prior written consent from the Landlord. Early Termination: In case of early termination of the lease, standard market practices and applicable laws shall apply. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Notice Period: Either party must provide a two (2) months' written notice to terminate the lease. Repairs: The Landlord will make necessary repairs as soon as possible, but non-essential repairs may take up to two (2) weeks to complete.
