Downstairs 2 Rooms with King Bed & Bunkbed, 1 bath, Kitchen & living/dining area. - There are no inside stairs connecting the 2 units. This is an off-season monthly rental available from October 2022 - March 2023. This is a fixed-term 6 month lease from October 2023 - March 2024. Shorter leases may be negotiated at higher rates depending on the term.
