I welcome you to my beautiful 5 bedroom / 3 Bathroom home. It sit's on almost half an acre of land. The home has a very large driveway along with a beautiful backyard. Inside, this home has new flooring all around with a significant amount of space to occupy with 3 living rooms as well as multiple closet space. Outside there is a beautifully maintained pool, with a huge shed that can be used for multiple purposes along with a very nicely built kettle for pets. Entering to the backyard there is also a huge gate with more than enough space to bring almost any type of vehicle into the backyard for easy access. There is more than enough space in the backyard for plenty of activities. The home also comes equipped with solar panels. There will be a $3,500 security deposit required at the beginning of the lease along with a $3,500 (1st month) rent in advance. Tenant will pay for all utilities which include (Trash, Water, Gas/Heating, PG&E). Tenant will pay for PG&E True-Up Bill generated at the end of the year (end of lease). True Up bill is dependent on household size and how much energy is being utilized throughout the year.Tenant must try to their best abilities to keep the house clean both inside and out by doing weekly maintenance. There will also be an additional $125 pet fee (per pet) every month. Absolutely NO SMOKING Inside the House. Tenant must keep up with yard work and maintenance around entire house throughout every month to keep the house looking good and well cleaned up. Before tenant vacates the premises, condition of yard both front and backyard MUST BE in same condition as when he/she moved in or was presented at the beginning of the lease agreement. Tenant must keep up with pool maintenance throughout every month to keep the pool looking good and well cleaned up. Before tenant vacates the premises, condition of pool MUST BE in same condition as when he/she moved in or was presented at the beginning of the lease agreement. If pool IS NOT in these same conditions, an additional $800 will be owed to landowner at end of lease, end of a lease termination, or end of Mutual Lease Termination to have the pool professionally cleaned and restored to first presented conditions.
