We will have a home available for rent in mid November. Central to major cities! Only 50 minutes to Hunting Island State Park Beach! And only 25 minutes to beautiful Beaufort It is a single family home on almost .50 acre lot in a very nice neighborhood in Yemassee SC. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with another bedroom and bath above the 2 car garage. Appliances will remain and are less than 2 years old. We will require a minimum 650 credit score, background check and verified income of potential renter each supplied at your own expense. Pets (2 max) allowed under 15 pounds at additional deposit and rent. No outside pets. We are looking for a renter that will respect our home and feel as though it's their own. If you are going to be in the market for a long term rental in mid November, feel free to message me with questions. Renter pays all utilities. Single family (immediate family members only) residence. No outside pets. No smoking. No illegal activity. No subleasing. Renters insurance is required and proof provided to owner. No alterations will be done to the home without home owners approval. Parking in the garage or drive only, no non running cars or trucks to be stored on the property. Outside upkeep is expected to be cared for by the renter. 1 year lease that can be extended after 11 months of on time lease payments. There will be a $50.00 a day late fee for rent not paid by the 4th of each month. Pet deposit of $100 for each pet (limit 2 under 15 pounds) and additional $50.00 per month per pet on rent. Roman shade window treatments remain. Appliances remain and are expected to be cared for and kept clean.
