House is located on the Western edge of Hammonasset Beach State Park, and is only A 500 ft WALK to a private beach on LI Sound. Our house, at 11 Pent Road, is on a private, quiet, dead end lane, in a family neighborhood just off Webster Point Road. Madison is in the heart of Connecticut's 'Gold Coast', a series of small sea shore New England towns where Boating, Beaches, Swimming, and Restaurants are all in abundance. Day trips to Providence Rhode Island, Old Essex CT (the Essex steam train), Yale/New Haven and Mystic Aquarium are among the local venues. Pets - Cat or Small dog only. ACADEMIC RENTAL - November through April; rates significantly higher thereafter. INCLUDED UTILITIES: wifi, cable TV, phone, water, and refuse removal. Tenant pays for electricity, house has electric heat.electric heat. Maximum of 2 adults, 4 tenants total; owner pays for wifi, 100+ channels cable TV, VOIP Phone line, water, refuse removal. Tenant pays for all electricity which is electric heat. Off street parking for 2 cars. No smoking. May consider durations of less than 6 months. Rentals less than 3 months have to pay CT State lodging tax of 15%. Pet and cleaning fees apply - duration dependent
