Here is the standard rental criteria *Must be able to move in the next few weeks. *Must make 3x the rent with valid and verifiable proof of income *No evictions in the last 7 years. *Criminal background check *Not in an open bankruptcy *No owing a balance with a prior landlord or locked into a current long-term lease. *Poor credit may require a current good reference from a landlord (not a family member). *2 pets maximum, no weight limit. Must be current on rabies vaccination. Breed restrictions apply: No Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid.
