Welcome to your serene and quiet home off the lake. Geola Estates is a sweet tree lined neighborhood with a private community park, boat slip, and beach area. The neighbors are quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. The home has two master sized bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The livingroom is spacious and opens to the diningroom and kitchen. There is a laundry nook with connections for an electric washer an dryer. The back door opens to a sweet little roofed deck, and the yard is HUGE and fully fenced. There is plenty space for a boat, RV, you name it. There is a strict neighborhood HOA, so no livestock or messy yards, which makes for a really pretty neighborhood. Pictures show the home furnished, but the rental will be emptied and cleared for move-in. If you are interested in purchasing some of the furnishings, some are available. The oven/range will be included, but not the refrigerator. 12 month lease (a 6 month lease may be available at a higher rate). An application and background check will be needed for each adult living in the unit, plus a landlord reference, and 2.5x the rent in verifiable income. Security deposit is equal to one months rent. Well behaved pets are considered with a one time fee of $350 per pet.
