A propane fireplace with a bluestone hearth anchors the open concept living and kitchen area, complete with a butcher block breakfast counter and granite countertops. A full bathroom with a tub shower and plenty of cabinet space shares the hallway with a double door pantry. Two bedrooms split the north end of the house, both with spacious closets. A front loading washer and dryer on the south end of the house makes for an easy laundry day. A pull down stairs leads to a clean and dry attic for additional storage. Enjoy the yard with a deck off the back and a fire pit. Renter is responsible for electricity, oil, propane, and mowing the lawn.
