The other direction leads to the kitchen and dining room and on to the mudroom which has ample shelf storage and a door to the fenced back yard. The extra large master bedroom has ample lighting from three directions one of which is from south facing french doors which lead out to a large deck overlooking the backyard. Pets may be possibly allowed with the following conditions and upon a satisfactory interview with their owners and we, the landlords, in regard to their training and discipline. Conditions include a $350 non refundable deposit per pet. This deposit will cover professional cleaning services to accommodate normal and modest pet dander, etc. If the pet(s) incur any damage to the rental property whatsoever, the rental deposit will also not be refunded. Emotional support animals must be attended at all times including outdoors. No smoking is allowed.
