Only 1 pet, either a cat or a dog under 25 lbs. Income must be 4 times rent minimum, no prior evictions, no felonies and no subsidy programs (Section 8, etc.). Max of 2 vehicles only. Application required and the cost is $25 for each adult. The application is done online. Tenant expected to pay for electric, gas, trash, and city sewer (water is on well so no water charge). Tenant also expected to mow and change the furnace filter quarterly.
