Absolutely NO smoking of any kind anywhere inside of home or garage. NO pets allowed. NO utilities included. Tenant responsible to pay the $50 fee for any and each repair claim made. Landscaping maintenance is NOT included with rent but can be done by Landlord for an additional $40 fee per month (lawn mowed twice monthly during season). Deposit and first month's rent due upon signing contract of minimal 6 months or maximum of 12 months upon which contract can then be renewed.
