Preferred applicants will have a min credit score of 675, total household income of 4x monthly rent, three year employment history, and no criminal background. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. Pets allowed upon approval (inquire) with $200 pet cleaning per pet (non-refundable) $25 pet fee per (per pet) each month. $500 non-refundable reservation fee will be applied toward deposit. Deposit ($1475) may be paid across two months. Background and credit check required for all tenants over 18.
