This is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in convenient location in Fort Collins. There is a large fenced in backyard, 2 car garage, washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, and two living rooms. The walls have been freshly painted and the carpet in the basement is brand new. This house is pet friendly as well. Water, sewage, trash, gas, internet, and electricity are the tenant's responsibility. Applications can be submitted through Kevco Property Management. Lease will go through the end of July 2024. The rental company typically asks about re-upping sometime in January or February. There is a $40 application fee, upon approval there is a security deposit as well. Tenant is responsible for mowing the lawn, but a lawn mower is included with the house due to the current tenants not needing it.
