Ski leases are rented by a family or a group of people. The intended use is for weekend skiers who would like to have a place to stay and leave equipment and clothes without the hassle of renting a weekend home or hotel. There is not a fireplace in the home. Please do not contact us for a lease request of less than five months. 1 bedroom has a queen; 2nd has a queen and a twin. Lessee is responsible to electric, gas, internet, trash removal and snow removal. Lessor pays for water and sewer
