The amenities offered are pool, hot tub, tennis courts (in summer), gym, and sauna. Maid Service at Tenant's Expense: Tenant shall be responsible for one mid-stay cleaning for as many hours as necessary to return the Property to maid clean condition. Tenant shall also be responsible for a typical departure cleaning. All cleaning shall be performed by the Owner's housekeeper at a rate of $32.00/hour per person. Should the Property require any extraordinary cleaning, i.e. steam cleaning of the carpets or upholstery, this shall be done at the expense of the Tenant.
