Madeira Beach Cottage is super quaint and private. Inside has everything you need to relax, enjoy, and settle in. Wifi, central AC, TV's, appliances, a cozy one bedroom with two other sleeping areas for the occasional guests, one and a half baths, a sweet dining nook, a superb galley kitchen, and a large living area for entertaining. There is a laundry room complete with washer and dryer, and a beach buggy, beach chairs, and beach towels...you just supply your own sunscreen and refreshments and head to the beach for the day (every day). Outside the private yard offers a secluded oasis to relax. A small covered deck with a bistro table for two, it doesn't get any more romantic. A firepit to enjoy on a quiet night, and plenty of space for entertaining. 4 minute stroll to the beach, and a 7 minute stroll to John's Pass. Perfect Cottage, perfect location. Please note that the rental rate of $3200 per month is for June thru November. December thru May the rental rate per month is $4500 per month. The State of Florida requires Rental Tax to be added to all rentals. Utilities not Included This Cottage has the following lease options: A one year lease for $3200 per month. A six month lease June - Nov for $3600 per month. A six month lease Dec - May for $4500 per month. We can discuss lease durations of 3, 4, or 5 months in length.
