Recently remodeled home on a large lot. Minimal yard work. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Laminate through out. Forced air/heating and cooling. Large detached garage. Relatively close to schools. Close to restaurants, shopping and park. Quiet street. Accepting applications now. Will be showing it ONE DAY on SAT SEPT. 30th at 12pm unless it gets rented before then. Renter is responsible for all utilities. NO PETS of any kind. Month to month rental but looking for at least one year commitment. No smoking, vaping etc. I would like to see a debt to income ratio of under 40%. Exceptions depend on other positive factors like savings, credit ratings, long term rental history. The pictures aren't the greatest as they were taken during the remodel. I can add more probably tomorrow. No carpet anymore.
