There are 2 bathrooms (in in is an in-suite bath in the Master bedroom and second is perfectly situated in hallway. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and all chinaware and cookery you may use. The outside has two outside long chairs, as well as a table and four chairs, an umbrella and BBQ. This cozy home has sufficient beach and bath towels, and stainless washer and dryer, off-the-street parking and garage, Wi-Fi. Home is located on the much desired "600" block. Enjoy your privately fenced backyard, watch the sunset, moon and stars and breath that enjoyable ocean breeze. Easily do your morning walk or run through Delanor-Wiggins Beach and Fla. State Park via the scenic course from home to the beach and back home, or if you are not up to it, drive from home over the bridge and park right at Wiggins Park. Places close by to offer you the vacation convenience are: Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Publix, Walmart, Walgreens. Or if you decide to go out, enjoy the ultra-upscale Mercato where you can walk around and adventure into different music venues, smoke bars, restaurants such as Bravo, Trulia, the Pub, Hampton Social; or simply enjoy your favorite ice cream or gelato.
