Newly remodeled home 1/2 mile from the Bluebill Beach Access, just south of the entrance to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. This public beach access is a lovely 10 minute stroll or quick bike ride through Conner Park. This is as close as you can get to the beach in Naples Park! It is located on a very quiet street and the backyard is also facing a quiet street. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials you will need to cook or grill. Including coffee maker, toaster, blender. Four bikes are available to guests. Beach essentials that are provided include: four beach chairs, six beach towels, umbrella and cooler. This all can fit in the beach buggy for an easy walk to the beach. Pricing is for APRIL - OCTOBER ONLY! SHORT TERM LEASES - Max lease length is 6 months. Max occupancy of 4 people. All utilities (electric, water, cable, internet) are paid by owner. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. No parties. No pets. Parking is provided on the driveway. Parking in the garage is not permitted.
