The space Enjoy the newly remodeled home, heated pool and back yard with dock to enjoy cocktails and watch the sunset. Guest access You have access to entire home including garage. Park your vehicle or boat trailer in driveway and car in garage. Enough driveway for up to 4 cars. Other things to note Kitchen is fully stocked with all items including an air fryer, crock pots etc. Single cup coffee make. Bring your K-Cups and enjoy your favorite coffee. Please note: Price does not include cleaning fee ($225.00) or Florida tax of 11%. These charges are added to the monthly rental amount. We currently have renters for January, Feb, March of 2024. All other dates are available.
