The months of January, February & March are only rented for a minimum stay of 29 nights! Beautiful Key West style vacation villa, with gulf access, located on a 150 foot wide canal, in a great area near Cape Harbor. Highlights of this villa include the beautiful, spacious outdoor area with heated pool, spa, tiki hut, palm trees and boat dock, as well as the bright and modern rooms throughout. This particular villa sleeps 6 people in 2267 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, the master bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate large walk-in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom also feature a king size bed. Both, the master suite and 2nd bedroom, have direct access to the pool through large glass doors. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with nightstands, dressers, closets and TV. The 2nd and 3rd bathrooms have a ground level shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and modern stainless steel kitchen appliances, perfect for dinner with family and friends. In the bright and with attention to detail furnished living area with flat screen TV and tiles laid everywhere, you will feel at home and can really relax. The large south-facing terrace, guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure vacation pleasure. The heated pool with spa invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with outdoor kitchen and gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. A path takes you to the dock. The well-kept tiki invites you to linger. Treat yourself to a cool drink, let your eyes and thoughts wander and enjoy Cape Coral with its unique atmosphere. The villa is very quiet and yet centrally located. Stores, grocery stores and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and gas stations as well as golf and tennis courts are also just a short drive away. A cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, 4 bikes and much more are waiting for you. Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. From here you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva. You can rent a boat to this villa, just ask for it when booking. Smoking is not permitted inside of this villa. Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted. On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
