Whether you're traveling with friends, family, or colleagues, our large older house is designed to accommodate groups with ease. No deposit fee. Rent covers all expenses such as electricity, water etc. Check-in is available after 4:00 PM, and check-out should be completed by 12:00 PM. Please adhere to these timings. A maximum of 11 guests are allowed during your stay. Kindly avoid blocking driveways to ensure the comfort of our neighbors, and one parking spot is guaranteed behind the mailbox on the property. No pets are permitted on the premises, and parties or events are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property; if you smoke outside, please use an ashtray. Be sure to use the exhaust fan when using the kitchen stove. Additionally, motion detection video cameras are in place for security purposes in all outdoor areas.
