With two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dedicated office and lots of beautiful outdoor space, this house is perfect for a vacation or work stay. The kitchen is well-furnished and all linens are provided. Front bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Fast WiFi and a dedicated office space make it possible to work with ease. The home is perfectly located. If you want to go to the Plaza, you can take the trail and walk or bike directly to the New Underpass Acequia trail and get into downtown in 15 minutes (or 7 min drive). Must sign a lease. All utilities (water, gas electric) paid with $300. If usage greater than $500, tenant will be billed the delta. House has free WiFi/ internet. Security Deposit due at signing. First and Last month's due at move in. Cleaning fee of $250 at move out.
