Washer and dryer included. Parking for two to three cars. Security deposit due at lease signing and rent will be due starting October 15th or move-in date. Pets considered. *If tenant chooses to have owner pay utilities, then owner will pay for 500 gallons of propane which is based on past usage. Tenant will be responsible for paying for any additional propane above the 500 gallons. No smoking.
