A quick 5-minute drive will take you to the local golf course. This home does have a separate unit in the basement with its own entrance that will be rented out to a separate party. There are no interior shared spaces, however, the parking, yard, hot tub, and any lake access is expected to be shared between the two parties. It can be included for a separate rental fee of $1,600 per 30-day period. Owner pays for internet, water, sewer, gas, and electricity. Renewable 28 day stay at this short term rental.
