1 bedroom with office (currently used as a bedroom but doesn't have a closet) 1 full bath with large walk in storage area/closet attached. Views of Puget Sound, Whidbey Island and Cascades. Just a minute or two walk to the beach. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. No smoking, drugs or illegal activities allowed. Must pass a background and reference check. Credit check and application will be required. Renters insurance is required and proof will need to be shared. Pets allowed but must have references and are case by case. Parking on property. No garage but has storage. Deck will be up to code before move in. First/last and damage/pet deposit. Last and damage prorated over 4 months. All deposits are fully refundable if left in same condition or better. Walk through will be done at time of signing lease. Nice small yard and tenant will be responsible for upkeep of property. Easy to do. Landlord expects tenant with good communication skills and wants a tenant to contact them with any issues that arise right away so things can get fixed. It's an older home and do not want things to go long without being tended to and don't want tenant to go without because they think they might be bugging the landlord with things that need to be corrected. Will have to sign a septic addendum because home is on septic and tenant needs to have a full understanding of how to properly use. Landlord lives close so it's not an issue for corrections to be made if need be. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Water fee of $25 per month minimum (depending on usage) Septic fee of $30 Electric (must provide) Cable Garbage (must provide service) Month to month for 3 months then can agree to 6 then a year lease. No smoking, no illegal drugs or activities allowed. Disturbing the peaceful environment of the neighborhood will not be allowed.
