This is a large brick home in a lovely area of Portland. 2 Full Baths, and a large bonus room on the second level. It has a large property with a spacious 2 car garage. Really nice quiet area. Looking for a clean tenant who will treat the home as their own. Must pay your rent no later than the 5th of each month. Tenant is responsible for lawn mowing. We check criminal background, credit and references. If you are given to loud parties, any illegal drug activity,or disturbing the peace, you won't be happy here, and neither will we. This is a family area. Even though we provide appliances you will be responsible for maintenance and/or repairs. Washer and Dryer are not included in appliances. Stove, Dishwasher,Microwave,and Refrigerator are included in appliances A credit score of less than 700 will require a month and a half security deposit. Discussion on this. There will be a $350 non-refundable pet deposit if we accept your pet. You will be responsible for all the utilities, keeping the home clean, and mowing the lawn and snow removal. This is a privately owned home, not a corporation. There is a $350 cleaning fee due on rental. Rent payment is due on the first of each month. There is a 10% charge if it is paid after the 5th of the month. This is a quiet family area and illegal drugs, out of control drinking, will not be tolerated. We respect our tenants and we wish to be respected and your neighbors as well. The home is for one family only. All adults over the age of 18 must sign and be responsible on the lease. We are requiring a one month security deposit if your credit score is at least 700+. and references. Anything lower requires 1 & 1/2 month security of $2850.
