Family friendly neighborhood. House is a split-level entry, located at the end of a cul-de-sac street. Property has fully fenced yard and direct (private) access to the inter-urban trail. Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room and kitchen. Downstairs includes 2 bedrooms, extra living room, 1 bathroom, laundry and a 2-car garage. Kitchen has granite countertops, tile/stone backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. Tours will be available in November (after the current tenant moves out). Tenant is responsible for utilities (garbage, water, sewer, electric, gas, etc.). Must have verifiable income (example: paystubs); background check required. Fees prior to move-in: First month's rent ($3,000) + cleaning fee ($500) + security deposit ($1,500) = $5,000. Additional fee required for pets. No dangerous breeds (German Shepard, Pit Bull, etc.). If you are applying and you have a pet, please provide breed and size information on your application (example: Havanese, 12 lbs). Tours not available at this time (house is occupied).
