This home rents for $250 per night with a 6 night minimum OR $2700 per month (October - April) and $4000 per month (May - September). You also have the option of renting the pontoon for an additional $200 per day. There is a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee and an additional deposit for pets. If renting by the month, gas and electric is not included. The option to pay an additional $150 to include it, is optional.
