Decent neighborhood for walking dogs. Short drive to both Steele Creek Park entrances, the casino, and downtown. Front porch furniture can be left for tenant use or stored in garage. Porch and backyard fully fenced. Ramp entrance at the back of the house. 2 parking spaces and a 1-car garage. Driveway is shared with the neighbor. It has a stand-up shower with bench. There is no dishwasher. There is a fireplace and a bathtub that are NOT to be used. 6-7 month, short-term lease - some furniture provided if needed 1st month's rent (prorated), plus $1200 deposit which includes a $200 cleaning fee - refundable if cleaned well. The deposit will not be used as last month's rent. Tenant pays utilities ($60 wifi, $45 or so water, electric varies depending on use $50-200). Must show proof of renter's insurance. 3 dog maximum - must not be aggressive or non-stop barkers. No added fees or rent for dogs. Available November 4th to May 4th or end of May. Dates are semi-flexible. No smoking or drugs. This is not a party house and no sub-letting is allowed.
