This beautiful classic farmhouse-style home in the heart of Midway is available to rent from January 5 to May 20, 2024 while our family will be away on international leave. It is a 7 minute drive from Soldier Hollow Nordic Center and golf course, 8 minutes from Wasatch Mountain State Park, 22 minutes from Sundance Ski Resort, and 26 minutes from Park City Mountain Resort. Owner pays for water, sewer, Wifi, and garbage. Renter pays electricity and gas. Renter would need to take care of snow removal and other minor maintenance. No smoking. No pets.
