Short term lease of a fully furnished 3 bed 2 bath. Available from January 29th to February 28th. The rent includes utilities (internet, gas, water, and electricity). We also have a contractor for snow removal or mowing, so you don't have to worry about those. The glorious master bedroom features vaulted ceilings and skylights with a delectably comfortable, new king size bed. The second bedroom serves as a fully functioning home gym with free weights, pull up rack, and 6' x 12' plus 6' by 3' floor padding great for jumping, HIIT, or yoga. We are happy to convert it to a bedroom and add a full size bed and night stand table upon request. The second bedroom also has a 65'' TV you can enjoy before you go to bed or while you exercise. The third bedroom is used as an office with a wall-length desk and an ergonomically designed chair. We work from home and have wifi boosters installed for really fast ~300MPs internet. The kitchen has granite countertops and induction stovetop, plenty of cabinets, and it comes FULLY stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, glassware, microwave, blender, and many other helpful cooking tools. Enjoy your breakfast at a beautiful Amish handmade wooden table or host a dinner at our large dining table that can serve for up to 8 people. Relax on the pull out couch in the spacious living room with a high quality brand new 65'' TV. Relish in your morning showers with a tankless water heater, which provides instant and unlimited hot water. Convenient washer and drier in the basement as well. We have 1 car garage, but you can park another car in the driveway and there is free street parking in front of the house. We are located in the peaceful Westmorland neighborhood, which is considered one of the best neighborhoods in Madison. Only a few minutes walk to bus stops. The bike path is convenient when you explore Monroe street shopping area, UW Campus, lake Wingra, and Downtown. It is also a lovely jogging course.
