Rent includes all utilities, including high-speed internet. Minimum 90-days. There is a driveway for 1 car but it is quite steep. You can get an on-street parking permit (for a fee). There is a security deposit, pet deposit, and cleaning fee - due upon leasing signing - along with the 1st month's rent. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs allowed in or on the property. All adults who will be staying in/on the property for more than 1 week will need to be on the lease. Operating any business where employees or customers/clients would come to the property is prohibited.
