This freshly renovated log cabin rests on 16 acres of quiet bliss. I just installed new windows, granite counter tops, range, microwave, etc. for your creature comforts. However the greatest asset in my opinion If you like nature and have a peaceful nature yourself is what I state in the next sentence. There is 1,800 acres of Virginia Wildlife reserve within walking distance as well as access to both the James River and Hardware River. This is a quiet place. Others in the near ear distant area as well as myself hope/plan to keep it the same. Renter will be responsible for all utilities (electric and internet). Internet service is Firefly. Property has a private well and septic. The first and last months rent is to be paid prior to moving in the home. This means you will need $3,600 in order to be eligible to rent. I prefer a two year lease but sometimes I will allow a one year depending on circumstances.
