This family-owned home has 2 bedrooms with a large lofted space for extra guests, and 1 bathroom. The outdoor area is expansive with a large patio on the front of the home and tons of trails to explore outside. This home is fully furnished, and we are looking for a shirt or long-term renter (over 30 days). The home can comfortably sleep 8 on the four queen size beds, there are two bedrooms with doors while the other two beds are located in the lofted area. There is one .75 bathroom downstairs with a standup shower. The living room has large windows overlooking the land of trees and wilderness. Dining area includes large dining table that seats 6. A 40 inch TV facing two modern, comfortable couches that easily seat 6 and can sleep 2 comfortably if needed. Fireplace is decorative only. No wood burning allowed. The kitchen is on the smaller side. There are cooking top, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (Keurig) and toaster. The oven is a small oven custom fit to the home. Otherwise, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, mugs, utensils and essential tools for moderate cooking. Deck The oversized deck has one level with two stairs on each side. The deck overlooks the property and is surrounded by trees, with outdoor furniture that seats 6. The front parking lot is empty and has a roundabout at the end. You are welcome to park anywhere on the lot. Comfortably can park more cars than needed (10 or so). We do allow pets in this home. There is a $250 per pet one-time fee. You must notify us at least 1 day before arrival and lease signing of the pet. 30+ days - 12 months. Renter pays owner for all utilities.
