The unique layout of the quaint cottage, regal ranch house and expansive barn offer privacy for all your guests in a quiet country setting. The cottage offers a newly remodeled 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and a full laundry room & stocked kitchen. The tobacco barn is the coolest house in town with it's famous 180inch projection screen TV and master King sized loft. The barn also has a fully stocked kitchen and full bathroom with laundry in the unit. The ranch house just finished a two year custom renovation which made this 4200sqft house the pure definition of luxury in the Pines. You are encouraged to take a relaxing stroll through several acres of woods and gardens to watch the sunrise. We are in the heart of horse and golf country with plenty of fun just a few miles away. This is certainly a golfer's paradise throughout the year, with over 50 courses open annually, including Pinehurst No. 2, the home of the US Open, only 10 minutes away. Or Mid Pines, Pine Needles, and St. Joseph's clubhouses sitting a mere mile and a half down the road. For the horse enthusiast our local home of Champions and dozens of other Equestrian facilities (including a few ponies just across from your front porch) can all be visited easily within 10 minutes when they aren't off galloping around the country.
