There is a laundry room with a stack-able washer and dryer (included in the rent price), 2 full bathrooms stocked with towels, a living room, dining room with a table that seats 8, and a kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cooking equipment. There is also a driveway with several parking spots close to the home. It is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Wards Rd. and Liberty University. It is also only 15 minutes to downtown Lynchburg and University of Lynchburg. Each guest must fill out a tenant application on our website and include one month's pay stubs and their ID. The basement for this home are inaccessible to guests, but are accessible to staff members. There is no shared access space for either a guest or staff to enter the opposite part of the home and it would be rare for staff to need access to the basement. Pets are not allowed in any capacity at this property.
