Utilities, electricity, and gas are paid for separate from rent as well as lawn care. We charge a deposit for cats and dogs and a monthly fee for pet rent. We have quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am and we are a non-smoking community. We do not supply washers and dyers, we supply the hookups.
